Skin Care Display Racks, Essential Oil Display Cabinets
Acrylic boasts excellent transparency, while PC sheets offer high clarity—the difference is barely noticeable. Acrylic provides a wider range of colors.
When burning, acrylic produces a clear flame with no smoke and bubbles, forming long threads when extinguished. Cast sheets burn without smoke, produce bubbles and a sizzling sound, and leave no threads upon extinguishing. PC sheets are highly flame-resistant and resist ignition when exposed to fire, emitting dense black smoke.
PC sheets exhibit superior impact resistance, remaining intact under impact. Their impact strength is 8 to 10 times greater than acrylic sheets.
PC sheets' surface UV resistance extends outdoor service life five times longer than acrylic (acrylic maintains color stability for 2 years, while PC lasts 10 years).
PC sheets exhibit superior heat resistance compared to acrylic. During thermal bending, PC requires longer softening times.
PC sheets are only suitable for engraving, with non-translucent edges. Acrylic supports both laser cutting and engraving, with edges amenable to polishing.
