Production Process of Acrylic Display Stands

1. Cutting. First, based on the dimensions and production requirements of the acrylic product, select the appropriate equipment (laser cutter/table saw/engraving machine) to cut the acrylic sheet, minimizing material waste.

2. Edge finishing. After cutting, the edges of the acrylic sheet will be rough. Depending on the product specifications, use a woodworking router to smooth the edges.

3. Drilling. Punch small round holes in the acrylic sheet as required by the product design.

4. Polishing. After cutting, engraving, and drilling, edges remain rough—risking hand injuries and appearing less transparent. Apply polishing techniques tailored to the product, such as flame polishing, cloth wheel polishing, or diamond polishing.

5. Thermal Bending. This process shapes acrylic into various forms, categorized into full-profile and partial-profile bending.

6. Screen Printing/UV Printing. Apply company logos or promotional graphics via screen printing or UV printing per client specifications.

7. Adhesive bonding. This manual process requires precise alignment with drawings or sample specifications to prevent misalignment, air bubbles, whitening, or weak bonding.

8. Packaging. Components are assembled, undergo final quality inspection, and are then packaged for shipment.
